We would be pleased to have your organization join our network of EnhanceFitness affiliates! Before joining this growing network of EnhanceFitness affiliates, we recommend:
- Determining participants you want to reach
- Securing community partners, class sites, instructors,
- Developing budget and business plan for implementation and maintenance of EnhanceFitness classes
- Developing marketing material(s) and/or tailoring EnhanceFitness materials
- Confirm if you want to use the Online Data Entry System for data collection
An online data entry system is available for organizations providing EnhanceFitness and/or A Matter of Balance. This system lets you immediately enter, manage and report on your program data, including Participant Demographics, Participant Outcomes, Attendance, and site and staff information. Developed on a secure web-based platform, there is nothing to install on your computer - you can log in from any computer with an internet connection.
- Securing funds for EnhanceFitness implementation costs (weights, training, music, etc)

You can join the growing network of EnhanceFitness affiliates in four easy steps:
- Request and sign a license agreement. Contact us to let us know that you are ready.
- Complete the Site Registration Forms. With the license agreement, we will also send you a Site Registration Form. Complete and return the form for each class at least three (3) weeks prior to the start of your new class.
- Pay the membership fee and any additional fees for products selected.
- Work with Enhance to coordinate Instructor training date, time and location.
