Ready to enact EnhanceWellness at your organization? Here are the steps you need to take:

1. Obtain an EnhanceWellness license from Senior Services (Seattle, WA). This requires signing a license agreement, citing site locations, and paying the training and licensing fees. To learn more about the many available EnhanceWellness packages and associated licensing fees, please contact us.
   
   
2. Identify and/or recruit appropriate staff, usually a registered nurse and a licensed social worker.
   
   
3. Allocate a private office for the EnhanceWellness staff.
   
   
4. Purchase or allocate a personal computer with Internet access and a printer for your EnhanceWellness staff.
   
   
5. Set up training for your EnhanceWellness staff with Project Enhance. Training may be conducted at a site of your choice in your service area, or staff can be trained in Seattle, WA. To set up your training now, contact us.
   
   
6. Recruit and train volunteer health mentors.
   
   
7. Develop a partnership with a health care provider for referral of participants to your EnhanceWellness program.
   
   
8. Conduct marketing activities to inform community organizations about EnhanceWellness and recruit participants to the program.
   
   
9. Start support groups for current and potential EnhanceWellness participants.
